Hence, that will be smart casual style and more cool but emanate the femininity. Using red color check fabric and design the smart casual garment to represent the Scotland military’s solemnness and gothic. In addition, I also use net to sew some decoration such as flower and use sateen to sew the dress and blouse to represent the feminine feel.
